About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and prioritize the operating room intelligence product roadmap based on customer needs and strategic goals
- Lead product discovery and delivery for analytics, platform, and AI features, including computer vision and natural language processing
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and clinical teams to build scalable, interoperable solutions
- Partner with sales and customer success to identify high-impact use cases in surgical operations
- Integrate with EHR systems using HL7 and FHIR standards to enrich data and support clinical workflows
- Use data and metrics to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements in customer outcomes
- Maintain continuous customer feedback loops to ensure product-market fit and real impact
- Champion a customer-obsessed mindset across product and engineering
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthtech, analytics, or AI/ML
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with EHR data models and healthcare data exchange standards (HL7, FHIR) (nice to have)
- Experience integrating analytics and AI into customer workflows and EHR systems (nice to have)
- Experience with healthcare AI use cases such as NLP and computer vision (nice to have)
- Understanding of healthcare operations and performance metrics, such as OR utilization, revenue cycle, and care quality (nice to have)
- Experience launching early-stage or 0-to-1 products (nice to have)
- Experience with LLMs and chat interfaces (nice to have)
