About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead client strategy and account planning efforts across sales and marketing initiatives
- Develop growth plans aligned with client needs, market trends, and revenue objectives
- Manage pursuit support, bid responses, and proposal coordination for priority opportunities
- Analyze client profiles, account performance, and market signals to shape go-to-market actions
- Advise internal teams on relationship management, cross-selling, and service expansion opportunities
- Coordinate CRM activities, metrics reporting, and pipeline tracking
- Coach teams through complex pursuits and account challenges
- Build trusted stakeholder relationships supporting long-term client retention and business growth
- Lead large projects and guide teams through complexity
- Provide strategic input while coaching others and building an inclusive team environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience
- Preference for a Bachelor's degree
- Client strategy experience across complex portfolios
- Applying systems thinking to uncover growth opportunities
- Crafting engaging messages that tell a holistic story
- Validating outcomes with clients and adapting from feedback
- Coaching teams through ambiguity and changing priorities
- Knowledge of TMT market trends and dynamics
- Up to 20% travel
- Must not require, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth within PwC policy
