Key responsibilities & impact- Support QVC's RTV Team
- Execute, communicate, and support all inbound and outbound load plans for the distribution center
- Monitor site-related traffic activities for compliance with Corporate Transportation's strategic goals
- Ensure freight is handled expediently with fiscal responsibility
- Track inbound and outbound trailers from arrival on site until departure
- Use YMS, OTM, and Tableau to track trailers and their activities
- Make appointments for carriers
- Create schedules for receiving live loads
- Communicate with receiving/shipping leadership, drivers, and yard jockeys
Requirements
What you’ll need- Attention to detail
- Email communication with carriers/vendors
- Communicating daily with all drivers that come in
- MS Office, such as MS Word and Excel
- Ability to work onsite in Bethlehem, PA
- Availability for Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00pm–4:30am schedule
- Relocation assistance is not available
