About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work alongside engineers on real software for 10 weeks
- Ship features used by real customers
- Pair with engineers and participate in code reviews
- Take part in standups, planning, and retrospectives
- Use the same tools as the wider team, including Claude
- Spend Friday afternoons, representing 10% of time, on learning and development
- Potentially fix customer support issues, run team ceremonies, give company talks, and build an individual project
Requirements
What you’ll need- Expect to graduate in 2028 with a degree in a relevant subject
- Availability for the full 10 weeks of the summer 2027 internship
- Interest in software and figuring out how things work
- Clear communication and willingness to ask questions and share learning
- Ability to work as part of a team and give and receive feedback
- Right to work in the UK
- Must usually attend the Cambridge office once every two weeks when the team is in
- Experience is not required; relevant work experience may be included if available
