About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end client engagements as primary point of contact, from implementation through ongoing success

Requirements

- 3 years of customer-facing consulting or implementation experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS
- Expert in Asana and collaborative work management solutions
- Exceptional communication with stakeholders from individual contributors to C-level executives
- Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational change
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Customer-centric mindset and passion for driving client success
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies with willingness to leverage them for enhanced outcomes
