Key responsibilities & impact- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, connecting business needs with modernization and efficiency objectives
- Lead product discovery with user departments, understanding processes, pain points, and opportunities
- Manage and prioritize the backlog, translating needs into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Lead the evaluation, experimentation, proof-of-concept, and implementation of enterprise solutions
- Lead system migration and modernization initiatives
- Act as Product Owner for agile teams, applying Scrum and Kanban, facilitating ceremonies, and tracking flow metrics
- Manage third-party teams and vendors, aligning scope, priorities, and expectations while monitoring SLAs, quality, and deadlines
- Plan and track deliverables, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks, reporting to leadership
- Manage stakeholders, negotiate priorities, mediate conflicts, and lead discussions with business departments, partners, and technical teams
- Build relationships based on trust and partnership, promoting collaboration, transparency, and autonomy
- Drive solution adoption and change management, supporting training, communication, and engagement
- Define and track product value metrics and OKRs
- Ensure information security, data privacy, and internal control requirements are incorporated from the solution design stage
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in digital product and/or enterprise systems management, working as a Product Owner or Product Manager on agile teams
- Experience implementing or modernizing enterprise platforms, such as ERP, CRM, BPM, low-code, or billing platforms, is preferred
- Project management experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Postgraduate degree/MBA in Product Management, Project Management, Process Management, or Digital Transformation is preferred
- Intermediate English proficiency (technical reading)
- Knowledge of agile and backlog management tools
- Knowledge of collaborative documentation tools
- Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN), visual boards, and data/metrics analysis
- Knowledge of product discovery and delivery
- Knowledge of backlog management and prioritization
- Practical experience with Scrum or Kanban
- Knowledge of process mapping and improvement
- Knowledge of stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution, with the ability to work autonomously
- Knowledge of secure development practices is preferred
