About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage consulting engagements for companies of increasing size and complexity
- Engage with executive management and board-level stakeholders through to implementation oversight
- Develop and implement business and operating models for sales and CRM transformation
- Conduct strategy workshops and steering committees at C-level
- Build the methodological foundation for the enterprise practice together with the executive team
- Develop proposal structures, delivery standards, and quality assurance processes
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to the executive team in further developing SC Ventures’ enterprise segment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience at Senior Consultant or equivalent level at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB, Big Four consulting, or similar), or in a comparable in-house strategy role
- Proven experience working directly with boards and executive management at companies of relevant scale
- Ability to independently structure and take ownership of complex transformation projects without closely managed approval processes
- Executive presence: You can engage credibly as an equal without relying on the reputation of a major brand
- Entrepreneurial mindset: You want responsibility and equity participation—not just a salary
- Industry knowledge in the education sector/AZAV is an advantage, but not required
- Direct collaboration with executive management and board-level stakeholders
- German language skills required, as the job posting and client work are conducted in German
