Key responsibilities & impact- Work on Teleport Core Product as a product-focused systems engineer

Requirements
What you’ll need- Willingness to collaborate on a coding challenge in Go as part of the interview process
- Builder mentality and experience; love building zero-to-one products
- Extensive Go experience
- Extensive experience developing scalable, reliable, and performant distributed systems and platforms
- Strong team leadership and management experience
- Linux systems engineering experience
- Knowledge of Identity Management, RBAC, ABAC, and zero-trust security models
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to master new technologies
- Transparency, honesty, and a no-ego mindset
- Significant contributions in Open Source are a plus
- Must currently live in the United States
- Must be able to travel to Oakland, California for onboarding week and occasionally for team events
- Must be comfortable with background, employment, and educational credential verification
- Must be willing to complete a coding challenge that can take up to two weeks
