About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and/or contribute to functional and cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Risk, IT, and Fund Treasury
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements, including workflow automation and process updates
- Support data-driven initiatives through analysis related to risk assessments, transfer agent activities, fund accounting, and IT operations
- Participate in team meetings, project planning sessions, and status updates

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Engage in intern learning sessions and other development opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, ideally with a focus in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related fields
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Interest in learning how different departments collaborate to support operations and investor outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different team environments
