About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and engagement
- Draft, edit, and proofread client-facing emails and letters for service updates and incident notifications
- Collaborate with marketing, product, channel, and support teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely, accurate information dissemination
- Monitor and improve communication workflows and approval paths
- Track KPIs and measure communication effectiveness
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership
- Work within a team and with business partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education and related training
- 3–5 years of related experience
- Demonstrated client communications development and project management
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with communications technology such as email platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Client-centric mindset
- English language fluency required
- Experience in Financial Services industry or agency experience (preferred)
