About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex Mid-Corporate Portfolio Management initiatives, including cross-functional initiatives with broad impact
- Act as a key participant in large-scale planning for the Mid-Corporate Portfolio Management functional area
- Review and analyze complex, multifaceted, large-scale, and long-term business, operational, or technical challenges

- Influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives

- Serve as a peer mentor
- Support the Technology team in Specialized Industries within Commercial Banking
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of Mid-Corporate Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Experience with complex credit, underwriting, and debt structure for clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2B
- Completion of a formal credit training program
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services, such as commercial lending and treasury management
- Experience in swiftly adopting and executing change management to enable business growth
- Experience developing and maintaining external and internal partnerships
- Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
