Key responsibilities & impact- Advise clients on treasury technology solutions
- Redefine current technology practices
- Define long-term treasury technology roadmaps
- Support vendor selection and implementation of treasury technology solutions
- Manage treasury advisory projects
- Support decision-making and coach junior team members
- Identify new business and project opportunities locally and internationally
- Participate in commercial activities including presentations, RFPs, events, and networking
- Research market and product developments
- Seek out treasury technology advancements
- Participate in and host internal and external knowledge delegation sessions, treasury boot camps, guest lectures, and internal trainings
- Work with international consultants on Dutch and international projects for multinational companies
- Take personal responsibility for client projects from an early stage
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years’ experience in Corporate Treasury or Treasury Consulting
- Knowledge of Treasury Management, Treasury Management Systems, In-House Banking, Payments and Payment Factories, and Bank Connectivity
- Preference for implementation knowledge of treasury management systems such as SAP, FIS, ION or others
- Knowledge of related tools such as SWIFT
- Comfortable being actively involved in client work and willing to build a network of contacts
- Preference to work within an international environment
- Familiarity with key day-to-day and month-end treasury operations and processes
- Relevant professional qualifications, such as a Master’s Degree, CFA, ACT, or FRM
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Currently residing in The Netherlands with the legal right to work
- Pre-Employment Screening (PES) by a third party is part of the application process
- Expected to behave to a high moral standard
