About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the store as the heart and soul of the location

Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
- Ability to identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees, and encourage employee productivity
- Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the rewards loyalty program
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment and comply with health and sanitation procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
- Proficient computer knowledge; Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with at least one year of retail management experience
- Valid driver's license from the state of residence and automotive liability insurance throughout employment
- Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
