About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own an eight-figure EBITDA lane in Affordable Care’s plan to roughly double earnings
- Own lane operating metrics and financial outcomes
- Frame problems, challenge thinking, and keep transformation work moving
- Pressure-test business-case economics and distinguish value-creating ideas
- Work closely with operators to convert initiatives into measurable results
- Directly influence clinic operations and carry the transformation agenda
- Collaborate weekly with the ELT sponsor, daily with the value creation GM, and regularly with the CEO and governance committee
- Identify, size, and advance opportunities
- Deliver lane EBITDA against plan
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–8 years at a top-tier private equity firm, premier strategy consulting firm, or comparable investing or operating environment
- Driver-based P&L and financial modeling
- Firm grasp of business economics
- Structured problem solving: framing the problem, building options, recommending a path
- Practical fluency with AI tools in your own work
- Private equity or premier strategy consulting background strongly preferred
- MBA or equivalent helpful, not required
- Healthcare, multi-site services, or transformation experience preferred
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
