About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set product vision and contribute to day-to-day activities that make the vision a reality
- Move across cross-functional teams, inspiring, learning, and leading
- Interview customers and prospects through discovery conversations, workflow walk-throughs, and feedback sessions
- Develop expertise in customer personas, workflows, staffing, measurement, and escalation
- Track industry trends, AI and automation developments, platform and integration changes, and competitors
- Own the roadmap for new AI capabilities and make build, defer, and decline decisions
- Shape product strategy and positioning and build the case for future direction
- Balance business objectives, customer needs, and industry trends when sequencing work
- Define problem sets and jobs to be done for initiatives
- Partner with Engineering and Design on specifications, acceptance criteria, and deliverable milestones
- Break initiatives into releasable increments and stay involved through grooming, scope decisions, testing, and launch readiness
- Use Claude Code, Claude Design, and Codex to build working prototypes and test concepts with customers
- Define success metrics, instrument products, analyze usage data and customer outcomes, and inform prioritization
- Work with Product Marketing to position capabilities and enable Sales, Customer Success, and Support
- Lead internal training, demos, and Q&A sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise software, including owning a product or major product area end to end — discovery, delivery, and measurement
- Experience leading an established or emerging product or major capability
- Prior experience working on agentic and/or AI-native products
- Working understanding of how AI and LLM-based capabilities are designed into products, including where they add leverage and where they need guardrails
- Systems mindset focused on workflows, dependencies, triggers, and process components
- Strong analytical judgment and comfort making decisions from incomplete or conflicting information
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including technical conversations with Engineering and strategic conversations with executives
- Comfort with Jira, Confluence, and product analytics software
- Collaborative, no-ego approach and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Resourcefulness and persistence when the path is unclear
- Energetic, empathetic, and earnest, with a consistent record of delivering quality work on schedule
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines
- Experience with critical event management, emergency communication, security, safety, or business continuity is a plus
- Experience with product enablement or go-to-market support
- Candidates must have existing authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
