About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Real-Time Agent Assist (RTAA) product team as a senior individual contributor
- Partner with Product Management, Product Owners, Technology teams, Contact Center Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Change Management
- Drive program execution
- Manage cross-functional dependencies
- Coordinate business readiness activities
- Improve operational alignment across stakeholders
- Translate product direction into executable plans and measurable outcomes
- Support delivery and adoption of RTAA capabilities
- Evaluate and develop AI capabilities for the Customer Interaction Workspace
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Strong working knowledge of artificial intelligence, including generative AI, conversational AI, machine learning, natural language processing, and agentic workflows
- Ability to translate business and agent needs into practical, scalable AI capabilities
- Ability to evaluate AI use cases based on value, feasibility, risk, and readiness
- Ability to partner with engineering, data science, architecture, risk, and compliance teams
- Experience defining product requirements for model performance, accuracy, explainability, human oversight, and responsible AI
- Understanding of data, integration, and platform dependencies affecting AI outcomes
- Ability to establish success measures and improve capabilities using performance insights and user feedback
- Ability to communicate AI opportunities, limitations, and tradeoffs to business and technology leaders
- Must be able to work at one of the locations listed on the posting: Irving, TX or Chandler, AZ
