About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute multi-quarter product vision and strategy for complex or related products
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery through launch and scaling
- Build customer and market insights using data analysis, journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms
- Drive stakeholder alignment and influence technical direction with Engineering, Design, and Analytics partners
- Use data-driven decision making and experimentation to optimize product outcomes
- Mentor less experienced product managers
- Manage risk and dependencies and align with broader business objectives
- Deliver measurable impact and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management; or 9 years’ experience in product management or related area
- Proven expertise in product strategy and roadmap development for complex or related product sets
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior partners
- Experience in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation
- Deep understanding of customer needs through structured research and synthesis of feedback
- Ability to lead product lifecycle management from discovery through value realization
- Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI and platform services
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Preferred: Master’s degree and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
- Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
