About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and execute growth strategies for the Field Services organization
- Optimize operational performance across multiple territories and product lines
- Develop a compelling services portfolio and establish service standards
- Partner with commercial teams to accelerate above-market growth
- Lead field operations and enhance customer experience
- Improve service delivery and strengthen financial performance
- Secure a strong QHSE culture within the Field Service organization
- Manage and develop capabilities supporting the overall Service strategy
- Identify training needs and track FSE competence improvement, personal development, and skills matrix updates
- Own the Field Service cost center forecast and results, including investments, and monitor financial targets
- Support proactive service sales through lead generation with Service sales
- Ensure jobs are executed according to internal and external customer relationships
- Lead the team remotely, provide direction, and ensure alignment with the service strategy and customer-oriented mindset
- Implement continuous efficiency improvements using innovative processes and technologies
- Lead change management to adapt to new market demands
- Implement and follow up on relevant KPIs to measure and improve performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of field service or technical operations experience
- 3+ years of experience in Sales
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing managers or large field teams
- Demonstrated P&L responsibility
- Strong knowledge of sales and field service management systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role
- Candidates who reside in the US or have an established presence in the area are prioritized
