About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and understand complex processes and documentation across multiple systems for client contingent labor programs
- Partner with functional and technical subject matter experts to design and update training presentations for multiple personas
- Develop and update training collateral and reference materials based on client documentation and project discussions
- Facilitate training sessions for client sponsors on complex system processes
- Participate in complex enterprise analysis sessions to design future-state business processes based on customer needs
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop alternative technical or business solutions
- Assist with process documentation for future-state programs and change management activities
- Assist with testing activities as required
- Implement, design, test, and deploy contingent labor acquisition and engagement solutions
- Provide leadership and holistic solutions for cross-functional business groups and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with process mapping and process improvement activities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and meet project deliverables
- Thorough understanding of end-to-end Contingent Workforce processes, including successful operational strategy and execution
- Strong knowledge and experience of the Fieldglass VMS system
- Experience leading client discussions and driving project teams to decision consensus
- Intermediate knowledge of all AGS VMS partner platforms and advanced knowledge of at least one
- Intermediate knowledge of process mapping tools such as Lucid and Visio
- Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Project and project management tools
- Strong knowledge of additional VMS platforms
- 2–4 years of experience in facilitation and/or training
- 4+ years of industry experience within a client program or MSP
- 2–4 years of VMS experience
- 4+ years of implementation or project experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Authorization to work in the United States and completion of Form I-9 verification
