About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technology leadership and accountability for an assigned group of TIAA institutional retirement clients
- Serve as a stakeholder within the integrated client support team
- Act as the single point of contact for Institutional Retirement Relationship Managers, Operations teams, and internal stakeholders
- Support high-profile clients using SRK, MVC, MVAS, and Outsourced Services offerings
- Provide ongoing plan administration and recordkeeping platform support and expertise
- Own retirement plan change and onboarding activities, including MVAS/STAC
- Understand and communicate impacts of new products, services, and systems to assigned clients
- Respond to technical ad hoc inquiries from Client Service Managers, Relationship Managers, and other internal stakeholders
- Document SOPs, track system incidents, and review and trend critical issues to identify proactive controls
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience required
- 7+ years of experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience in outsourced services preferred
- Experience interfacing with external and internal clients
- Experience in or around client onboarding/implementation
- Advanced knowledge of retirement services, platforms, and products offered by TIAA
- Retirement industry experience
- Knowledge of SRK, MVC, MVAS, and Outsourced Services (OSS) services
- Ability to understand impacts of new products, services, and systems on assigned clients
- Ability to provide solutions to client systems and product needs
- University degree preferred
- Ability to perform sedentary work
