About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Audit billing reports and identify profit leaks
- Provide margin adjustments to the gross profit administration team and drive recovery actions
- Audit asset-related reports, address profit leaks, and improve margin on supplier transactions
- Execute supplier contract rights for obsolescence and price-list-removed products
- Identify margin recovery solutions and engage respective departments or suppliers
- Monitor ship-and-debit claim rejects and escalate when needed
- Analyze customer volume purchase agreements and provide recommendations to business teams
- Monitor and communicate supplier bonus program status to sales and assets
- Audit supplier reconciliation reports and take appropriate actions
- Audit supplier rebate programs, including forecasting and variance analysis
- Prepare and distribute margin adjustment reports and reconcile month-end numbers
- Participate in supplier business reviews as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically less than 2 years with bachelor's or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained
- Foundational knowledge of specialized disciplines, industry practices and standards
- Ability to develop solutions to defined tasks, typical assignments and projects
- Ability to work independently and exercise judgment and discretion
- Ability to collaborate with immediate management and team members within the department or function
