About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and review software and hardware documentation for internal consistency and adherence to Boeing and program standards
- Oversee configuration control of work products
- Generate Configuration Management records as evidence of adherence to CM plans and Boeing standards
- Verify accuracy of internal and external deliveries
- Support Change Boards
- Respond to internal audits and customer queries
- Lead Configuration Management activities for the program
- Maintain a large number of documents
- Evaluate contracts and modifications to establish CDRL and SDRL submittal schedules
- Enter schedules and metadata into a data tracking system for notifications
- Review submittals for contractual compliance
- Work with Procurement and subcontractors to ensure timely data submissions
- Support the ESS–MPA Phase 3 Program within Boeing Space, Intelligence & Weapons Systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active DOD-Secret U.S. Security Clearance; a clearance active within the past 24 months is considered active
- U.S. Citizenship Required
- U.S. Person required for U.S. export control compliance
- 1–3 years of experience in Configuration Management
- Level 3: 3–5 years of experience in Configuration Management
- Level 4: 6–8 years of experience in Configuration Management
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
- NDIA certification preferred
- Experience with Automated Builds & DevSecOps preferred
- Must satisfy Boeing’s Conflict of Interest assessment process
- Must pass post-offer drug testing when applicable
- No employment visa sponsorship available
