About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete three 9-month rotations over a 27-month development program
- Lead projects across Corporate Strategy, New Products, Business Development, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Market Access
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver results
- Analyze business challenges and present clear, actionable recommendations to leaders
- Learn from Regeneron leaders who mentor participants throughout the program
- Participate in technical and non-technical training
- Observe and contribute to critical issues and decision-making processes
- Gain hands-on work experience and high-level knowledge of business and department operations
- Take initiative with an entrepreneurial mindset and adapt as business needs change
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with strong academic performance
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Strong project management, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Strong execution skills in a collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Integrity and commitment to high ethical standards
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related program preferred
- Previous work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, or relevant experience in management consulting, financial services, or public or private investing preferred
