About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in implementing the selected eProcurement and Supply Chain Management platform, ensuring smooth adoption and integration across regions
- Execute and maintain global best practices for procurement, compliance, order management, receiving, invoicing, and payment
- Interface with Supply Chain Leadership to assist in developing and executing a Supply Chain Strategy linked to the Company Vision and Mission
- Drive adoption of new processes and tools through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement
- Develop, monitor, and report on key Procure-to-Pay performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain supply chain technology systems and master data accuracy, including Procure-to-Pay and Contract Management solutions
- Work closely with Customer Service/Inside Sales, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment and consistency
- Ensure adherence to company policies, including Delegation of Authority and Signature Authority guidelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA preferred
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in procurement management or supply chain operations
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering business results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay processes and platforms; SAP experience strongly preferred
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication/interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools; Power BI a plus
- Ability to create a strong and supportive culture through leading by example and inspiring others
- Knowledge of AI and how it can be strategically applied to increase efficiency and effectiveness is highly desired
- Very good level of English; other language skills will be an advantage
- Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work under time pressure in a changing environment
