About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform low-complexity operational tasks
- Gather, collect, and structure data in text, table, and chart formats
- Perform routine tasks of moderate complexity, including preparing documents and follow-up schedules
- Implement solutions defined by managers, specialist leaders, and professionals responsible for higher-complexity requirements
- Support the development of action plans by recording actions, deadlines, and owners
- Support the management, control, and integrated monitoring of action plans related to routine and process management
- Assist with planning and conducting drills, as well as analyzing the management and control of routines and processes
- Work on onshore and/or offshore assignments at the Búzios Production Units, using the methodologies, tools, and systems available at Petrobras
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Business Management, Strategic Management, Results-Based Management, Agile Management, Process Management, or related areas, subject to validation by Petrobras contract management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, or Information Technology Administration
- Experience performing the defined duties or working within a related scope, subject to approval by the supervising authority
