About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the assessment and mapping of back-office processes across both environments
- Identify differences in master data, configurations, and business rules, and raise questions with senior consultants
- Configure and parameterize the Protheus back-office modules
- Support data migration, conversion, and validation between the environments
- Perform testing and participate in user acceptance testing with business teams
- Record and track adjustments and outstanding items identified during testing
- Provide user support during go-live and the stabilization period
- Document completed processes and configurations
- Support user training on the new workflows
- Work closely with senior consultants to align priorities and deliverables
- Communicate activity progress and flag risks and blockers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a mid-level TOTVS Protheus Backoffice Consultant
- Knowledge of Protheus back-office modules
- Knowledge of back-office processes, master data, configurations, and business rules
- Ability to support data migration, conversion, and validation
- Ability to perform testing and participate in user acceptance testing
- Ability to document processes and configurations
- Clear communication of activity progress, risks, and blockers
