Key responsibilities & impact- Direct strategy for evaluating conversational AI solutions while leading the Analytics Pillar team
- Own platform integration and roadmap execution to onboard conversational AI solutions onto the quality platform
- Establish automated assessment parameters, Human-in-the-Loop workflows, and closed-loop feedback systems
- Design scalable QA and analytics infrastructure for expanding coverage and complex customer intents
- Guide transcript-level LLM intelligence, natural language querying, UI enhancements, and AI workflow integrations
- Expand full-file automated monitoring for regulatory, business, and behavioral use cases
- Direct, mentor, and empower product and analytics associates
- Align team backlogs with executive priorities and optimize delivery velocity across engineering and data science
- Cultivate product excellence and cross-functional alignment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business or Marketing, with the required degree obtained by the scheduled start date
- Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
- Experience shipping complex data platforms or cloud-scale conversational apps
- Deep knowledge of LLM evaluation pipelines
- Proven team management experience
- Proficiency in the Capital One Product Framework areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership
