About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct development and implementation of clinical initiatives and programs
- Improve care coordination, efficiency, and health and quality outcomes
- Oversee the clinical operations team and support performance, improvement, and career growth
- Develop clinical initiatives and monitor programs to ensure appropriate metrics and contract compliance
- Ensure initiatives comply with NCQA guidelines, state mandates, and government contract requirements
- Develop long-term clinical operations strategies and provide recommendations aligned with organizational objectives
- Develop the department budget in collaboration with senior leadership
- Develop onboarding, hiring, and training strategy for clinical operations team members
- Work cross-functionally to drive process improvements, manage costs, and support health and quality initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of related experience
- Prior management experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Sponsorship and future sponsorship are unavailable, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT
- Equivalent experience may substitute for the stated education/experience through applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skill accomplishments
- Must comply with NCQA guidelines, state mandates, government contract requirements, and all policies and standards
