About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the first line of response for requests in the assigned zone, routing issues to the right owners.
- Monitor dashboards and communication channels to identify, prioritize, and respond to operational issues.
- Support operational readiness and performance of riders, vendors, and agents through onboarding, training, scheduling, and routine checks.
- Manage order exceptions and escalations for timely resolution and clear stakeholder communication.
- Handle routine operational queries and issues, escalating sensitive or priority matters to the Assistant Zonal Manager.
- Coordinate operational resources and assets with zonal leadership.
- Identify improvement opportunities and support their implementation with the Assistant Zonal Manager.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduated with a 1st class or 2:1 from a reputable university.
- Willingness to put in the long hours needed to succeed in a high-growth startup.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Clear and confident communication with teammates, agents, riders, and vendors.
- Great attitude, willingness to learn, and resilience.
- Track record of excellence beyond academics is an advantage.
- Prior exposure to startup environments is an advantage.
