About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the operating strategy and performance of Clover Care Services across In-Home Care and Clover Care Visit programs
  • Design the full member journey from outreach and booking through visit preparation, arrival, telehealth access, and follow-up
  • Build AI into member engagement, scheduling, routing, visit preparation, documentation support, and follow-up coordination
  • Create an outstanding clinician experience and reduce administrative work
  • Partner with Product and Technology to develop operational tools, workflows, and product requirements
  • Run distributed operations including demand forecasting, capacity planning, staffing, scheduling, routing, and deployment
  • Partner with Clinical leadership to define AI autonomy, human review, monitoring, escalation, and accountability
  • Establish performance measures and operating reviews covering engagement, visits, follow-up, administrative time, utilization, cost to serve, and care outcomes
  • Lead and develop the CCS operations team and redesign roles and processes as technology improves
  • Spend time with field teams, observe home and telehealth visits, and solve operational problems
  • Establish performance baselines and test AI-enabled workflows within the first 90 days
  • Operate multiple reliable AI-enabled workflows in production within the first six months
  • Build a scalable AI-powered practice delivering excellent home and telehealth care with improved outcomes and economics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience building and scaling complex, distributed operations combining technology with real-world service delivery
  • Demonstrated success improving mobile or field-based workforce productivity, capacity utilization, scheduling, routing, resource allocation, service levels, or cost structure at meaningful scale
  • Experience using AI and automation to improve service quality, capacity, or cost in reliable daily operations
  • Strong product and experience judgment
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow prototyping, performance evaluation, and collaboration with engineers
  • Exceptional analytical and systems thinking
  • Ability to design workflows around human expertise and determine appropriate technology and human-review responsibilities
  • Strong people leadership, high standards, clear ownership, and leadership development ability
  • Ability to work in evolving environments and turn ideas into working capabilities quickly
  • Willingness to spend meaningful time in the field and travel as needed
