About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Invoice for monthly revenue
- Enter monthly expenses, including payroll, credit card expenses, and office expenses
- Reconcile monthly bank statements
- Create monthly income statements and update the balance sheet
- Help collect accounts receivable and monitor cash flow
- Support day-to-day accounting operations and partner financial operations
- Resolve a variety of accounting matters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
- 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable/Payable and/or General Accounting experience
- Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
- Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software
- Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus but not required
