Key responsibilities & impact- Own analytics at Develop Health and reinvent how an AI-first company uses data
- Own and evolve the customer-facing analytics product for providers, pharmacies, and healthcare organizations
- Help users understand approval outcomes, turnaround times, and operational bottlenecks
- Build an AI-native analytics system with trusted semantic models, reusable skills, and analytics agents
- Work with Product, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Go-to-Market leaders to identify high-impact data decisions
- Strengthen the dbt and Snowflake foundation and establish trusted metrics
- Advance customer-facing analytics so customers can identify bottlenecks and act to improve medication access
- Build governed analytics agents, reusable skills, and self-service workflows
- Own the analytics roadmap and operating model for high-value data work
- Own the shared semantic and metrics layer for internal decisions, customer reporting, and AI-generated analysis
- Own the AI-native self-service analytics platform
- Define scalable data-product architecture and standards
- Provide technical mentorship to future analytics hires
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of hands-on analytics or data engineering experience
- Deep expertise in SQL and dbt
- Experience with Snowflake or another modern cloud data warehouse
- Ability to turn ambiguous stakeholder questions into analyses, metrics, models, dashboards, workflows, or data products
- Ability to carry projects through adoption and measurable impact
- Ability to explain assumptions, trade-offs, and complex data to technical and non-technical partners
- Excitement for building with agents and emerging analytics tools
- Ability to own definitions, validation, and guardrails for trustworthy AI-generated answers
- Familiarity with Grafana, Hex, Looker, Mode, Python, orchestration, or ingestion systems
- Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or automation-heavy operational environments is a bonus
