About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the day-to-day workflow of integrated projects and teams
- Manage schedules, deliverables, priorities, and teams toward flawless execution
- Collaborate with Account and Specialty peers to connect deliverables with creative intent while meeting time and budget parameters
- Produce top-down and bottom-up estimates
- Lead definition of scopes and staff plans with account leads and specialty teams
- Lead development and approval workflows of Statements of Work with Finance, Contracts, and Account teams
- Author and maintain project schedules, briefs, cost estimates, project financial management, and related documentation
- Own workstreams within large, complex initiatives and independently manage mid-size projects
- Resolve project issues and escalate blockers and risks to the Project Director
- Manage and communicate project burn, scope creep, budget reporting, and monthly forecasting
- Participate in client discussions about project plans and due dates
- Partner with Resource Management on staff plans and future staffing requirements
- Oversee and communicate the status of integrated initiatives across multiple projects
- Ensure quality and consistency with brand guidelines
- Begin management, leadership, and effective communications trainings
- Balance urgency with calm and confident leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, integrated marketing/PR agency, or a related field
- Mastery of PM fundamentals and best practices
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in Smartsheet or another similar project management tool
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic problem-solving ability
- Ability to lead projects and teams through ambiguity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
