About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with initiative leads to manage day-to-day execution of multiple go-to-market workstreams
- Facilitate meetings, track milestones and dependencies, and document risks, decisions, and action items
- Drive alignment and accountability across solution, sales, marketing, engineering, enablement, and operations stakeholders
- Synthesize working-session input, seller roundtables, and stakeholder feedback into themes, recommendations, and prioritized next steps
- Develop executive-ready frameworks, vision decks, and communications covering program goals, future-state processes, and ownership
- Design and operationalize processes, governance models, workflows, and templates connecting fragmented programs, tools, and teams
- Help define standards and guardrails for AI-assisted seller workflows
- Support customer engagement motions including product demos and hands-on technical workshops
- Define program metrics and standard reporting to measure adoption and impact, diagnose gaps, and flag issues to leadership
- Support go-to-market leadership initiatives involving seller enablement content, AI-assisted sales workflows, customer investment programs, and technical demo and workshop motions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or economics, or equivalent degree
- 5 years of professional experience required
- Consulting, program management, or go-to-market/sales operations experience is a plus
- Preference for client-facing professional services experience
- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous, multi-stakeholder discussions into structured plans, process designs, and executive-ready materials
- Advanced experience with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and AI assistants such as Copilot
- Power BI, HubSpot, QuickBase, SharePoint, and OneNote experience is a plus
- Good business acumen and awareness of go-to-market and technology trends, including AI and automation
- Prior experience working in, or consulting for, a large, matrixed technology organization
