About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and ownership assignments
  • Coordinate activities and handoffs across Product, Technology, Customer Success, Support, Operations, and other stakeholders
  • Identify, document, monitor, and escalate project risks, blockers, and dependencies
  • Maintain project documentation, progress trackers, action logs, and status reports
  • Coordinate project working sessions, prepare agendas, document decisions and action items, and follow up with owners
  • Monitor deliverables and deadlines, communicate potential delays, and resolve execution challenges
  • Balance multiple projects and workstreams while supporting complex initiatives and escalations
  • Identify opportunities to improve project tracking, reporting accuracy, repeatable practices, and workflow automation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Practical experience managing projects, coordinating workstreams, or supporting complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, organize deliverables, and manage competing deadlines
  • Experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including risk and issue tracking, dependency management, status reporting, and escalation processes
  • Ability to structure changing priorities or incomplete information
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting Product, Technology, SaaS, or customer-facing initiatives
  • Exposure to Agile, Scrum, waterfall, or hybrid project delivery approaches
  • Experience preparing project dashboards, leadership updates, or structured reporting
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools or workflow automation
  • Project management certification such as CAPM, PMP, Scrum, or comparable credential is a plus
