Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in managing multiple projects with Project Managers and follow project processes
- Complete projects according to contractual requirements, within budget and on time, while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist with project financial performance, including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, accounts receivable collections, and re-estimating installation project costs
- Participate in delivering the contracted scope and secure change orders when scope creep occurs
- Coordinate project materials and use shared resources
- Identify resource constraints and assist with corrective action plans
- Build relationships with subcontractors
- Identify issues and take corrective action to remedy matters
- Service data center and other major-client projects in Colorado and Wyoming
- Manage smaller projects independently while assisting Project Managers on large projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience assisting and participating in projects
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving, planning, and project management skills
- Ability to read and understand the scope of work and blueprints
- Knowledge of project financial reporting
- MS Office Suite
- English written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Building Automation, HVAC controls, or commercial construction is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- PMP certification is preferred
