Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and expand CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Octopus Deploy
- Operate and maintain Docker-based containerized applications
- Administer, operate, and support internal Linux servers and systems
- Standardize and automate recurring IT and operations processes
- Monitor and optimize the system landscape using Grafana and Checkmk
- Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and develop sustainable solutions
- Support incident and downtime situations and quickly restore critical systems and services
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Support knowledge sharing within the team
- After successful onboarding, participate in the on-call rotation to ensure the operation of critical systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in IT, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, or a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines and/or Octopus Deploy
- Knowledge of Linux system administration, particularly Ubuntu or Debian
- Experience with automation using PowerShell and, ideally, Bash
- Practical experience with container technologies such as Docker
- Experience with Kubernetes is a plus
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Analytical approach to problem-solving and the ability to maintain an overview in challenging situations
