Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, monitor and maintain processes, frameworks and tools for reliability and scalability supporting advanced analytics, predictive modeling, machine learning and decision-making
- Engineer data products and implement automated processes enabling analytic product development
- Define and implement standards for data strategy, code quality and lifecycle management
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship on automation, data engineering and best practices

- Produce ad hoc reporting and analytics for the Bank's lines of business
- Contribute to detailed project plans, work assignments and target dates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 4–5 years of work experience
- Database and analytical experience
- Proficiency in Python and dbt
- SQL proficiency
- SAS preferred, but not required
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage time
- Independent and highly self-motivated
- Ability to communicate effectively
