About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Connect with healthcare professionals across Delhi and build trust through clear, science-based information.
- Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare partners.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan based on customer insight and local patient needs.
- Share accurate science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
- Record and report activities, outcomes, and customer insights using company tools and systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues across functions to address customer needs and improve patient access.
- Continuously grow knowledge of clinical evidence, market trends, and performance-enhancement approaches.
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience in field sales, medical business, or territory management roles.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of local languages spoken in Delhi is a plus.
- Basic digital skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Right to work in India.
- Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare-related roles.
- Preferred: Ability to discuss clinical evidence and explain scientific concepts to healthcare professionals.
- Preferred: Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills.
- Preferred: Ability to use customer insight and simple data to guide priorities and activities.
- Preferred: Fluency in local languages spoken in and around Delhi.
- Preferred: High motivation to learn, adapt, and take on increasing responsibility.
