Key responsibilities & impact- Create reports, insights, and analytics supporting the division
- Create report and analysis specifications based on business needs
- Provide consultation to users and work on cross-functional teams addressing divisional issues

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR Master's degree in related field OR 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field
- Highly proficient at querying internal and external data sources
- Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python
- Ability to create dynamic dashboards using Tableau or Power BI
- Strong business intelligence and ability to take a business case from inception to execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to champion initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of drug screening
- Preferred: experience with project management methodologies
- Preferred: healthcare industry experience, including payor, provider, pharmacy, public health, or epidemiology
- Preferred: experience with GitHub or similar version control/collaborative tools
- Preferred: experience with data visualization software
