About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead alignment and integration of Individual and Family Markets regulatory filing activities
- Support the Qualified Health Plan plan management filing process for ACA and healthcare reform regulations
- Analyze and execute internal and external requirements
- Assist with prioritization of IFM activities and track progress toward goals
- Track key program milestones
- Recommend adjustments to program leadership and the team
- Lead, coach, and mentor teams and junior resources
- Develop and deliver presentations to senior management and executive leadership

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR 11 years of experience in project management, business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, product administration or other relevant healthcare function
- 4 years of experience leading large and complex projects
- Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams and more junior resources
- Experience communicating with senior management and executive leadership from multiple divisions
- Experience developing and delivering presentations
- Problem resolution experience and skills
- Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
- Experience interpreting business information
- Verbal and written communication skills, including establishing working relationships across departments, preparing presentations to senior management, and establishing a team environment
- Skilled in managing and delegating assignments across multiple complex projects successfully in a matrixed environment
- PC proficiency to include MS Office products
