About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with senior leadership to shape and deliver large-scale development initiatives supporting business priorities across LexisNexis North America
- Consult with sales and segment leaders to identify performance gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions
- Design, plan, and deliver engaging training for large audiences on sales and non-sales topics, both in person and virtually
- Create practical tools, guides, and follow-up resources that help employees apply learning on the job
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content, coordinate training programs, and facilitate learning experiences
- Measure program effectiveness through participant feedback and performance data, communicate results, and improve programs
- Apply adult learning principles, instructional techniques, and emerging technologies including generative AI
- Work across all levels of the sales organization to solve performance-related problems and challenges
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated successful experience in training
- Strong understanding of the sales process
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and across the organization
- Ability to think strategically, tactically, and analytically
- Experience with core Office 365 applications and AI tools
- Proven project management, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
