About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program
- Adhere to health and safety policies, processes, and safe practices
- Provide client inspection services, including collection bin inspections and facility inspections
- Collect data via mobile app
- Package full containers for shipment
- Submit weekly activity reports via mobile app and work with the client to achieve program efficiencies
- Complete project billing and cost tracking operations as needed
- Maintain inventory of inspection supplies
- Respond as needed to assist customers during off hours
- Take on additional duties to support the team and organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous work experience (required); experience within a customer service setting (preferred)
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to drive between customer sites (required)
- A post-offer drug screen and background check will be required
- Must receive and maintain credentials to provide service at client locations
- Must complete all necessary training provided by Arcwood
- Personal vehicle required for transportation between customer site
