About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a Product Collection Program at customer sites as part of the recycling program
- Adhere to health, safety, and compliance policies and maintain safe practices
- Provide inspection services, including collection bin inspections and facility inspections
- Collect data using a mobile app
- Package full containers for shipment
- Submit weekly activity reports through the mobile app
- Work with clients to achieve program efficiencies
- Complete project billing and cost tracking as needed
- Maintain inventory of inspection supplies
- Provide customer assistance during off hours as needed
- Perform additional duties assigned to support the team and organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous work experience (required)
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to drive between customer sites (required)
- Personal vehicle required
- Ability to work 10–20 hours per week with variable hours
- Ability to receive and maintain credentials for client locations
- Ability to complete required training
- Ability to respond to customers during off hours as needed
- Ability to pass a post-offer drug screen and background check
