About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-quality, empathetic support to patients in French and English
- Serve as a trusted frontline voice and deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Act as the primary contact for French-speaking patients while supporting English-speaking patients as needed
- Respond to patient requests by email and chat
- Navigate customer service platforms and tools to deliver personalized support
- Become a subject matter expert on Hims & Hers products and offerings
- Contribute to team goals and KPIs related to patient experience and continuous improvement
- Work with CX leadership to improve the patient journey, identify key interaction touchpoints, and develop strategies to strengthen patient trust and satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Native fluency in French
- Professional proficiency in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Ability to convey information clearly and empathetically in both languages
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative and work independently when required
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in communication and documentation
- Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in a team environment and promote company culture
- Solid work ethic and desire to make a difference in the Canadian healthcare system
- Willingness to work atypical hours as needed, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Legally authorized to work in Canada without restriction for any employer
- Ability to reliably commute to the Montreal office
