About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Cloud SCM implementations focused on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) for Higher Education clients
  • Manage Oracle Cloud implementation projects through discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and post-go-live support
  • Partner with integration, reporting, and data teams on end-to-end design
  • Facilitate client workshops and document business requirements
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and translate requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions
  • Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and deployment readiness
  • Gather and document current-state processes and future-state solution designs
  • Lead client-facing project or work-stream activities, project management, intensive data analysis, and client-ready presentations
  • Develop Analysts and Coachees

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting testing and interfacing with business users
  • Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementation experience, including configuration, testing, and client-facing delivery activities
  • Prior experience leading or supporting implementations for clients in Higher Education strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills to translate information from meetings into documentation
  • Ability to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision
  • Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
