About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide care and support to clients in their homes
- Support clients with daily tasks, companionship and home help
- Assist with personal support
- Support clients traveling to routine appointments and days out
- Prompt and support clients to take medication
- Build supportive relationships with clients and their wider families
- Document completed tasks
- Provide feedback to support clients’ ongoing person-centred care
Requirements
What you’ll need- Caring nature and genuine desire to make a difference
- Live within 15 miles of Northwich, or in/around Northwich, Knutsford, Tarporley, Holmes Chapel and Sandbach
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to own private vehicle/personal transport
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to work alternative weekends
- Great communication skills
- Can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Good timekeeping
- No prior care experience required; full training provided
