Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design, optimization, and modernization of critical HIT solutions supporting eHub and related business teams
- Design, engineer, and optimize Batch, EDI, and Clearinghouse technology solutions

- Analyze recurring system issues, performance bottlenecks, and operational inefficiencies
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, connectivity, and processing issues
- Support system stability, performance, and availability through monitoring, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning
- Develop automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve delivery speed and quality
- Evaluate and apply AI-enabled tools and intelligent automation
- Contribute to application and API rationalization, reporting simplification, data redundancy reduction, and technology footprint reduction
- Apply modern software engineering, integration, and DevOps practices
- Support development workflow, testing, and deployment automation improvements
- Manage patching, upgrades, decommissioning, and modernization activities
- Identify, assess, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities

- Collaborate with engineers, product partners, architects, operations teams, and stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and mentor less experienced engineers

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of software engineering or systems engineering experience
- Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise applications
- Experience developing and supporting applications using .NET frameworks and SQL databases
- Experience working with Azure or another cloud platform in support of application development, deployment, or operations
- Experience with application integration, batch processing, and large-scale transactional systems
- Experience with secure engineering practices and enterprise technology standards
- Experience analyzing technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
