Key responsibilities & impact- Lead projects that evolve imagino’s infrastructure and SaaS platform
- Define project frameworks: objectives, scope, schedule, milestones, resources, and risks
- Coordinate the transition to a multi-cloud environment combining Azure, GCP, and Snowflake
- Organize migrations, upgrades, and structural changes while minimizing their impact on customers
- Document and track technical decisions, meeting minutes, and action plans
- Anticipate contractual and compliance impacts
- Provide clear reporting to management and stakeholders
- Coordinate DevOps/SRE, Engineering, Product, Support, and Security teams
- Translate business and customer needs into technical requirements
- Identify dependencies, prepare trade-offs, and escalate blockers
- Lead project meetings, steering committees, and retrospectives
- Track commitments and facilitate issue resolution
- Coordinate contributions to ISO 27001 and NIS2 initiatives, as well as customer audits
- Monitor business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Maintain visibility into technical, security, and scheduling risks
- Participate in customer technical discussions regarding migrations, integrations, and security requirements
- Coordinate cloud providers, systems integrators, and technical partners
- Contribute to improving delivery processes, documentation, and handover to operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience managing technical projects involving infrastructure, cloud, or SaaS
- Strong understanding of cloud environments, particularly Azure and GCP, as well as Linux and containers/Kubernetes
- Experience with migration or technical transformation projects
- Ability to understand experts’ constraints and build consensus without necessarily having direct managerial authority
- Diplomacy, active listening, and structured written and verbal communication skills
- Professional English proficiency for working with international stakeholders
- Experience at a SaaS vendor or data scale-up (a plus)
- Multi-cloud experience (a plus)
- Technical background in DevOps, systems administration, or software development (a plus)
- Knowledge of security and compliance, including GDPR, ISO 27001, or NIS2 (a plus)
- Awareness of FinOps considerations (a plus)
