About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and DPAs
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal and compliance considerations associated with business operations
- Support privacy, data security, and information governance initiatives, including incident response
- Partner with product and engineering teams on legal issues related to data use, analytics, AI, and platform functionality
- Assist with corporate governance and internal policies
- Support dispute resolution, audits, and investigations
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and other teams
- Report to the SVP, Legal
Requirements
What you’ll need- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Minimum of 2 years relevant legal experience (law firm and/or in-house)
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Functional knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy generally, and healthcare regulatory frameworks
- Experience in Intellectual Property (IP) Management a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Valid U.S. work authorization that does not now and will not in the future require visa sponsorship by IntegriChain
